Refund & Return Policy

At Evolzakh, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are
not completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium decor or clothing,
we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Clothing (e.g., Black Formal Shirts) must have all original tags attached and be unwashed.
- Home decor items (Clocks & Burners) must be in their original premium packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Used Electric Bakhoor Burners.
- Items purchased during a "Limited Time Sale" (unless damaged).
- Customized or personalized orders.
Note on Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged 12-inch Vintage Clock
or a broken burner, please send us an unboxing video on WhatsApp (+91 63951 23356)
within 24 hours of delivery for an immediate replacement.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval
or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- It may take 5-7 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item
delivered was damaged or incorrect from our end. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
