1. Shipping & Delivery

We offer nationwide shipping across India. Our team ensures that every order is handled with care.

  • Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days.
  • Order Processing: Vintage Clocks and Burners are dispatched within 24-48 hours with secure multi-layer packaging.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/Email as soon as your order is shipped.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for most items.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags.
  • For 12-inch Vintage Clocks, returns are accepted if the product is defective or damaged during transit.
  • Clothing items must be in their original condition to be eligible for exchange or refund.
Important Shipping Note: During our "Limited Time Sales" or festive seasons, delivery might take slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience as we bring elegance to your home.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case of receiving a damaged product, we require an unboxing video sent to our WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. This helps us process your replacement immediately.

4. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method. It usually reflects in your account within 5-7 working days.
